We provide 18 months warranty for LED Lights and hardware from the date of purchase.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Covers: Shipping damage, condensation, and other quality defects.

Warranty Does Not Cover: Negligence, improper use, abuse, accidental damage, unauthorized disassembly, used products bought from amazon or other platforms.

Warranty Claim Processes:

Step 2. Please provide the following information:

1. Screenshot of your order & information
2. Pictures or video of the defective items

Step 3. After the inspection and confirmation of the issue, we will provide you with a replacement free of charge.
